Steven Ray Hovatter

Steven R Hovatter, 63 of Morgantown formerly of Thornton, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born August 28, 1953 in Akron, OH, son of Glenna J Soulon Hovatter, Newburg (Scotch Hill Community), and the late Gerald J Hovatter. Steven loved to make Iced Tea, and eating Oreo Cookies. Steven is survived by two sisters, Susan J Annon and Donald, Newburg, Ann M Crowe, Brownsville, PA; four nieces and nephews, Wanda Maxwell and Richard, Newburg, Vance Annon, Newburg, Becky Bolyard and Steven, Thornton and Bradlee Annon, Homer City, PA; five great-nieces and nephews, Megan and Logan Maxwell, Cordell Bolyard, Jonathan Annon and Brandon Landiorio. In addition to his Father, Steven was preceded in death by one sister, Clara I (Reenie) Lewis. Family and friends will be received at Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave, Newburg, WV, Sunday, February 26, 2017 from 1:00pm until time of service at 3:00 pm with Pastor Nick Bolyard officiating.
