Charles “Nutsy” Everett Reckart Jr

Charles “Nutsy” Everett Reckart Jr, 59 of Cranesville Community, Terra Alta passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Pine Ridge in Kingwood. He was born September 18, 1958 in Cuzzart in Preston County, son of Elizabeth Ann Miller Reckart, Cranesville Community, Terra Alta, and the late Charles Everett Reckart Sr. Charles had worked as a carpenter for many years. He loved riding his 4-wheeler, hunting, and visiting with family, friends and neighbors. Charles is survived by two brothers, Kenneth W Reckart and wife, Doris, Howesville, Robert L Reckart and wife, Amanda, Cranesville Community, Terra Alta; one sister, Emy L Livengood, and husband, John, Cranesville Community, Terra Alta; and several nieces and nephews; best friends, Dennis Casteel and wife, Karen. Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 11AM at Laurel Glen Church of the Brethren 251 Laurel Glen Lane (Cranesville Community) Terra Alta WV 26764 with Reverend Ray Frankhouser officiating. A Dinner will follow the Memory Service.In lieu of flowers a Memory Donation can be made to Laurel Glen Church of the Brethren in Charles name.
