Margery Jean Williams Bolyard, 92 of Moatsville, (Sinclair Road) passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Corsica Hills Center in Centreville, MD. She was born on February 8, 1926 in Marquess, Preston County, daughter of the late Greenland Earl and Isa Viola May Bolyard. Margery graduated from Fellowsville High School and Fairmont State College with her Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She taught at Barrackville High School out of college, then Fellowsville High, Tunnelton High, and retired from Grafton High School in Taylor County with thirty seven years of total service. She loved animals, outdoors, gardening, and was an avid reader. Margery is survived by one son, Kevin Williams and Alicia, Chestertown MD; one daughter, Pamela Reed and James Jr, Charleston WV; four grandchildren, Jennifer Mueller and Travis, James R Reed III and Jillian, Monica Calvert and Michael, Erica Williams; six great-grandchildren, Alex, Isaac, Rachel, Zachary, Natalie and Lincoln; three step-daughters, several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Margery was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald A Williams, second husband, Laurence R Bolyard; one sister, Frances A Bolyard. Family and friends will be received at the Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown St. Newburg, WV, Monday, February 12, 2018 from 2:00pm -7:00pm and on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 from 9am until time of service at 11:00am with Rev Kelly Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Woodsdale Cemetery.
