Adam Junior Cline, 89 of Moatsville, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 at his residence with family by his side. He was born in Rowlesburg, on December 15, 1932, son of the late Joseph Edward and Stella Blanche Schooley Cline. Adam worked as a coalminer, in timber and logging, and also had worked at Sterling Faucet. He enjoyed gardening and collecting candles. Throughout his life, his joy and love was spending time with grandchildren and family. Adam is survived by his wife, Anna Mae Stone Cline; six children, Virginia Wolfe and companion, Alfred Barbour, Marquess, David Cline, Laurel Mountain, Tim Cline and wife, Roxanne, Marquess, Lyda Hershman and husband Allen, Marquess, Sharon Livengood and husband Wyatt, Newburg, Charlotte Cline, Fellowsville; eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; one sister, Myrl Murray, Marquess; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Adam is preceded in death by one son, Dale Cline; one granddaughter, Angel; siblings, Russ Cline, Ovey Funk, Raymond Cline, Marvin Cline, Hazel Colebank, Themla Friend, and Evelyn Cline in infancy. Family and friends will be received at the Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave. Newburg, on Friday, January 28, 2022 from 3-7 pm and Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 9am until time of service at 11:00 am with the Pastor Sam Cline officiating.
