Carol Ann Rager, 72 of Grafton formerly Kingwood passed away on Thursday, February 03, 2022 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born in Kingwood, on August 5, 1949, daughter of Terrance Pete and Margiore Ellen (Paugh) Wilson. Carol loved bingo, gambling, riding golf carts, talking with her sisters on the phone every evening. She was a member of the Kingwood Eagles and ran the Ladies Auxiliary. Carol is survived by three children, Beverly Michelle Wagner and George, Manown, Ronald Eugene Rager Jr, Aurora, Sheryl Ann Rager Wilt and Denny, Grafton; eight grandchildren, Ronald Eugene Rager III, John Spiker Jr, Shantel Spiker Persinger, Aeryonna Lea Bishop and companion Shawn Johnson, Hannah Ellen Bishop and companion Ty Friend, Paden Andrew Bishop and companion Morgan Swope, Pantera Pritchett and Samatha Pritchett; one great-grandson, Brody Matthew Johnson; six sibling, Pete Wilson Jr and Pearl, Tunnelton, Mary Alice Titchnell and Wallace, Dothan, AL, Margiore Ellen Albright and George, Kingwood, Sandra Owens and Kenny, Tunnelton, Connie Hyre and Francis, Kingwood, Patricia Braham and Jimmy, Valley Point; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Carol is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Eugene Rager Sr; two sisters, Norma Wensil and at infancy Doris Jean Messenger. Family and friends will be received at Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave. Newburg, WV, Sunday, February 6, 2022 from 11:00 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM with Pastor Matthew Huntington.
