Carrie Leann Marie (Winters) Lambert

Carrie Leann Marie Lambert, 30 of Newburg, WV passed away Friday, July 13, 2018 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born in Martinsburg, WV on January 28, 1988, daughter of Kenneth Gerald Winters Sr. and Charlene Marie Simmons Winters. Carrie graduated from Clarksburg Beauty Academy and operated High Street Hair.  She loved family time, dinners, cookouts, and gatherings. Carrie enjoyed doing peoples makeup and reading the bible.  In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Jesse James Lambert; two children, Hunter Allan Lambert and Keni Rose Marie Lambert; two brothers, Kenneth Gerald Winters Jr and Sherea, Thornton, Clinton Albert Winters and Jasmine, Fellowsville; paternal grandmother, Rose Mary Stone Winters, Marquess; mother-in-law, Francine Barnhart Lambert, Cumberland, MD; several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Albert Winters; maternal grandparents, Charles Simmons and Mary Cutright.  All visitation and services will be private for the family.
