Charles “Chuckie” Vernard Kacin, Jr., 55 of Terra Alta, WV passed away on Monday, March 16, 2020 at Preston Memorial Hospital. He was born on November 24, 1964 in Pittsburgh, PA, son of Charles Vernard Kacin Sr, Indiana, PA, and the late Constance Blaskovich Kacin Sullivan Popan, and his stepfather, the late Geza V Popan, and stepmother, Katherine Ladick, Vandergrift, PA. Chuckie enjoyed watching sports, movies and NASCAR. In addition to his father and stepmother, Chuckie is survived by seven sibling, Deborah A Kacin-Deene, Hartly, DE, Lois A Kacin, Baltimore, MD, Daniel P Sullivan, Youngstown, OH, Rodney C Kacin, Vandergrift, PA, Scott Thomas, Saltsburg, PA, Lonnie Thomas, State College, PA, Rick Weeter, Andrews, SC; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his mother and stepfather, Chuckie was preceded in death by one brother, Mark D Sullivan. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Glen Haven Memorial Cemetery, 7231 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061. Online condolences can be sent at www.bolyardfuneralhomewv.com.
