Charles Ryan Rogers, 30 of Tunnelton, WV, passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021. He was born in New Castle, PA, on November 15, 1990, the son of Christopher Robert Rogers Sr and fiancée, Cindy Louk, Tunnelton, and Charmaine Renee Weakley Rogers, Greenville, PA. Charles worked at the Boston Beanery in Morgantown, WV. He enjoyed video games, computers, construction, tinkering and being outdoors. In addition to his parents, Charles is survived by one sister, Christina Rebecca Rogers, Bluefield, WV; one half-brother, Christopher Robert Rogers Jr, Uniontown, PA; one step-sister, Samantha B Louk, Tunnelton, paternal grandfather, Donald M Rogers, New Castle, PA, paternal grandmother, Jackie Hogue, New Castle, PA; maternal grandmother, Cheryl Barrecca, New Castle, PA, step-grandfather, Joe Barrecca, TX; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
