Charles "Chuck" McCrobie Obituary

Charles “Chuck” Lewis McCrobie, 51 of Thornton passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at United Hospital Center. He was born December 14, 1968 in Grafton, son of the late Chester William and Genevieve Kathryn Reger McCrobie.  

Chuck was a jack of all trades. He worked as a mechanic for A&N Truck Service, drove truck, worked construction, and also worked at Masontown Block and Builders Supply. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping and spending time around the campfire with family and friends.

Chuck is survived by his wife, Catherine Christina Davis Breeden McCrobie; one son, Zachary William McCrobie Sr and fiancée, Zabra Edwards, Elk Creek, MO; three grandchildren, Zayla, Zaneya, and Zachary Jr; four step children, Roger Paul Knotts, Terra Alta; Natasha Brighner, Cumberland, MD, Jennifer Lytle and John, and Ronald Eugene Davis Jr. all of McCoole, MD; six step grandchildren, Clayton, Bradyen, Jace, Taylor, Veronica, and  Natalia; nine siblings, Harold Reger, Salem, Diana Bess and Jim, Galivants Ferry, SC, Robin Reed and David, West Union, Howard Reger and Esther, Lorain, OH, Steve Regar and Sarah, Fairmont, Jennifer Paxton and Brian, Ravenswood, Marsha Coon and Robert, Lynchburg, VA, Marcy Heller, Phoenix, AZ, Hershel Reger and Christine, Fairmont; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Bolyard Funeral Home and Crematory handled the cremation and honored to serve the McCrobie family. A Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be at Glady Creek Cemetery.
