Della Jane (Knotts) Buckingham

Della Jane (Knotts) Buckingham, 67 of Tunnelton, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. She was born on October 27, 1954 in Tunnelton, daughter of the late Ona Paris and Letha Arlene (Bohon) Knotts. Della loved reading, collecting crystal glass, watching Scooby Doo, being around her grandkids and spending time with her family. Della is survived by her husband, Glenn Edward Buckingham; four children, Goldie Marie Moats and Clarence, Kingwood, Laurie Jane Sigley and Aaron, Tunnelton, Elsie Beth Buckingham, Tunnelton, and Glenn Doil Buckingham, Tunnelton; eleven grandchildren, Vincent, Billy, Amber, Erin, Ashley, Brian, Eric, Della Louise, Ervin, Glenn Jr., Chloe; ten great grandchildren, Hailey, Hunter, Samuel, Gabriel, Jayden, Lucas, Ariella, Jacob, Ethan and Scarlett; six sibling, Mary Edwards, Tunnelton, Jessie Jones, Tunnelton, Patty Buckingham and Rick, Tunnelton, Joyce Sapp, Kingwood, Ernie Knotts and Janice, Gladesville, John Knotts and Donna, Tunnelton; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Della was preceded in death by one daughter, Amy Lou Buckingham in 2015; three great-great grandchildren, TJ Bolyard, Kayden Sigley and Brayden Sigley; two sisters, Betty Sypolt and Arlene Nelson; two brothers, Paul Knotts and Ona Knotts Jr. Family and friends will be received at Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave, Newburg, WV, on Sunday, September 18, 2022 from 2 pm until the time of service at 4:00 pm with the Rev. Ray Frankhouser officiating.
