Deloras Ann (Shahan) Stone

Deloras Ann Shahan Stone, 80 of Fellowsville, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at Ruby Memorial Hospital with family by her side. She was born on May 24, 1944 in Fellowsville, WV, daughter of the late Dorsey Junior and Ruby Ines (Simpson) Shahan. Deloras retired as a cook for the Preston County Board of Education. She loved gardening, doing her flowers, sewing, and family get together. Deloras is survived by two sons, Randy E Stone, Fellowsville, Bill S Stone and wife Sharon, Independence; one daughter, Nancy A Owens and husband Eugene, Worthington; fourteen grandchildren, Randy Jr., Angel, B.J., Andy,  Bobbie Jo, Kerrie, Ronald, Noah, Misty, Stacy, Brandon, Rebecca, Shawn, Todd; seventeen great-grandchildren, Adam, Braxton, Owen, Natalie, Blake, Jordan, Leigha, Carly, Kristen, Delilah, Autumn, Doug, Clayton, Aubrey, Zachary, Kolby and Karlee; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Deloras is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Emmitt Stone in 2010; two sons, Ronald W Stone in 2021 and David R Stone in 1985; one brother, Ray Shahan; two sisters, Norma Poling and Esther Wolfe. Family and friends will be received at the Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave. Newburg, on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 1:00 pm until time of service at 5:00 pm with Rev.
