Donald "Don" Vance Ridenour

Donald ‘Don” Vance Ridenour, 84 of Tunnelton, (Laurel Mountain Community) passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022. He was born on Laurel Mountain on September 5, 1937, son of the late Ralph and Margette “Ruth” Plum Ridenour. Don retired from Ford Motor Company with over thirty-one years as a Lift Truck Operator and Material Handler. He was Methodist by Faith. Don enjoyed farming, hunting, being outdoors and camping at the Cheat River. He was a member of the Fellowsville Ruritan Club. Don enjoyed spending time with family. Don is survived by his four children, Roger W Ridenour and Darlene, OH, Patricia Ann Klima and Bob, FL, Donald E Ridenour, OH, Connie M Burrell and Rick all of OH; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Don is preceded in death by his wife, Waneta Patricia Williams Ridenour in 2019; one daughter, Sandra R Lee; one son-in-law, Ponce Lee; two grandchildren, three sisters, Evelyn Knotts, Guiula Gates, Margaret Knotts; two brothers, Robert Ridenour and Pete Ridenour. Family and friends will be received at the Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown St. Newburg, WV, Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 11:00 Am until time of service at 1:00 pm.
