Ellie May Cook, born in Morgantown on February 26, 2024 at  Ruby Memorial Hospital, daughter of Katelynn Rena Lipscomb and Robert Wayne Cook, Tunnelton. In addition to her parents, she is survived by one sister, Serenity Jadye-Phaie Cook; maternal grandparents, Clarissa and Bradley Lipscomb Jr, Clarksburg and Christine Moats and Joseph, Kingwood; paternal grandmother, Wanda Cook, Martinsburg, WV; great-grandparents, Bradley Sr and Marilyn Lipscomb, Kingwood, French and Debra Moats, Tunnelton; great-grandpap, Carl Singleton, Clarksburg; godmother, Sierra Pifer and Richard Bracken Jr, Reedsville; his aunts, Brandi Morris, Martinsburg, WV,  Brieonnia, Izabella, Alexis Lipscomb, Clarksburg, Beth Spencer, Debbie Moats, Tunnelton, Sonya and Samual Moreland, Reedsville, Tonya Guthrie, Oakland, Alice and Jerry Turner, Howesville, Loria and Lee Moats, Tunnelton, Karen Lipscomb, Kingwood, Carol Doman and Darlene Galbus, Martinsburg, Aunt Leslie Pifer “GiGi” and John Edwards, Tunnelton; his uncles, Tray Lipscomb and daughter, Amaya, Orrville, OH, Bradley Lipscomb III, Kingwood, Malachi, Alexander Lipscomb, Clarksburg, TJ Moats and Brandy Barber, Independence, Chris Guthrie and Emily, Oakland, John Lipscomb, Howesville, Dennis Pifer II, Independence; and several cousins.
