James "Jim" Edward McDaniel

James “Jim” Edward McDaniel, 70 of Newburg, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at J. W. Ruby Memorial Hospital with family by his side. He was born on November 25, 1951 in Grafton, son of the late Donald Henry and Ethel Mae (Goff) McDaniel. Jim graduated from Newburg High School, Class of 1971. He worked at Sterling Faucet with eleven years and various Coal Mines with thirty-eight years of service. He enjoyed hunting, sawing wood, and loved visiting with his family and friends. Jim was survived by his wife of forty-nine years, Teresa Ann (Bolyard) McDaniel; one daughter, Dustie and Matt; one son, Jimmy and Samantha;  three granddaughters, Nevaeh, Madilyn and Aubrey; four nieces, Katrina, Deanna and Gerald, Leigh Ann and Michael, Regina; one nephews, Brendon and Marsha; sisters-in-law, Sandra Sue (Sheets) McDaniel, Bobby Carol (Farley) Poling, Carol Zuchowski and Don; brothers-in-law, Ross Bolyard, Roger Bolyard and Amy; several additional nieces, nephews,  and great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Jim is preceded in death by one sister, Sylvia Ann McDaniel, two brothers, John William McDaniel, David Lee McDaniel, brother-in-law, Gary Bolyard. Family and friends will be received at Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave. Newburg, WV, Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 1-6 pm, and Sunday, October 16, 2022 from 11:00 am until the service at 1:00 pm with the Pastor Lonnie Colebank officiating.
