Julie Ann Spiker

Julie Ann Spiker, 55 of Reedsville, WV passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Mon General Hospital with family by her side. She was born on March 8, 1969 in Glendale, WV, daughter of Carolyn Ruth (Clark) Francis of Moundsville and the late Russell Thomas Francis. She graduated from John Marshall High School, Class of 1987. Julie enjoyed riding the side by side with her husband, taking care of her chickens and especially loved spending time with her grandkids and family. In addition to her mother, Julie is survived by her husband, Terry Duane Spiker, Reedsville; two brothers, Tom Francis and Brett Francis and niece Kirsten, Moundsville; one step-daughter, Ashley (K.C) McMillen and grandchildren Braxton and Kinsley; mother-in-law, Sharon R Matlick Ramsey, uncle and aunt, Garen and Diana Francis, cousin Dan (Amelia) Francis, two brothers-in-law, Michael Spiker and Judy, Don Allen Spiker and Joyce; as well as many cherished friends and family members. In addition to her father, Julie is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Forrest and Ruth Clark; paternal grandparents, Russell and Eileen Francis, uncle Matt Clark, cousin, Rhonda (Francis) Krisantz.
