Linda (Lansberry) Harrison

Linda (Lansberry) Harrison, 82 of Aurora passed away on Wednesday, January 01, 2025 at her residence with family by her side. She was born on December 3, 1942 in Lead Mine, WV, daughter of the late Floyd and Madeline (Dumire) Lansberry. She graduated from Kingwood High School, Class of 1961. Linda enjoyed gardening, sewing and crocheting. She especially loved spending time with family, friends and her grandchildren. Linda is survived by her three daughters, Susan Harrison and companion John W Moats, Aurora, Carol Bolyard, Aurora, Debra Harrison, Terra Alta; one son, Kenneth Harrison Sr. and companion, Silvie Redman, Aurora; sixteen grandchildren and three of them being extra special, Tiffany and Tyler Amos, Eglon, Danika Moats and Jasana Moats, both of Terra Alta; thirty-two great-grandchildren; three brothers, Robert Lansberry (Jane), OK, Charles Lansberry (Dottie), Grafton, Arnold “Joe” Lansberry, Buckhannon; one sister, Sally Henline, Elkins; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband which would have been sixty-three years, Alty Delane Harrison; one brother, Sam Lansberry; one sister, Roxann Rogers. Family and friends will be received at Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave. Newburg, WV, Wednesday, January 8, 2025 from 3:00-7:00 pm, and Thursday, January 9, 2025 from 9 am until the time of service at 11:00 am with Ministry Assistant Peggy Cole.
