Margaret (Moats) Larew

Margaret Larew, 83 of Kingwood, WV (Pell Road Community) passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at her residence with family by her side. She was born on February 20, 1941 in Aurora, daughter of the late Harvey Dewey and Pearl Leona (Simmons) Moats. Margaret enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time outdoors. She loved spending time with her husband, and especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Margaret is survived by her husband, Otto Ray Larew whom she married on September 16, 1974; three children, Christina Dawn Pyles (Ricky), Kingwood, Darrell Lee Larew (Helen), Kingwood, Dorothy Lou Marin, Stephenson, VA; nine grandchildren, Alisa Sisler, Ashtin Sisler  (Colby Gentry), Robert Stottlemyer (Brittany), Angel Stull (Allen), Kevin Stottlemyer Jr (Kendra), Robert Moats, Tommy Moats (Lola), Dakota Rabideau (Justice), Billie Jean Moats; twenty-two great-grandkids, Blakelynn Sisler, Axle Gentry, Addie Stottlemyer. Trenton Judy, Robert Stottlemyer Jr, Nicole Sander, Alexander Stull, Isabella Stull, Kevin Stottlemyer III, Brooklee Stottlemyer, Oakley Rabideau, Hailey Hernandez, Josie Hernandez. Destaney Luttrell, Alexis Luttrell, Maddie Moreland, Raylan Stull, Adain Moats, Jonus Willard, Adrienna Knotts, Austin Moats, Kayden Moats; four great-great grandchildren, Emerson Uphold, Heaven Areford, Bentley Judy and Alijah Judy; two brothers, Burt Moats and Clarence Moats, Kingwood; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Margaret is preceded in death by one granddaughter, Melinda Stottlemyer; one great-great grandson, Gunner Judy; two brothers, Richard Moats and Dewey Moats; five sisters, Thelma, Nellie, Geraldine, Bonnie and Madaline. Family and friends will be received at the Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave. Newburg, on Friday, February 7, 2025 from 4-8 pm and Saturday, February 8, 2024 from 9:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am.
