Michael Duane Mitter

Michael Duane Mitter, 39 of Morgantown, WV passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023. He was born on September 23, 1983 in Morgantown, son of Brian Kay Mitter of Morgantown and the late Georgianna (Pee Wee) Jean (Bolyard) Mitter. Michael graduated from Preston High School, Class of 2001. He enjoyed going fishing with his brother. Michael is survived by two daughters, Dawn Marie Mitter and Autumn Nicole Mitter; one brother, Cody Alan Mitter; several aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his mother, Michael is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Earl Francis and Betty L (Bolyard) Mitter; maternal grandparents, Audis (Ben) Gene and Patricia Anne (Taylor) Bolyard. Family and friends will be received at Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave. Newburg, WV, Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 3:00 PM until time of service at 6:00 PM with Elders Paul Bolyard and Robert Bolyard officiating.
