Nina Alice (Christopher) Cole

Nina Alice (Christopher) Cole, 89 of Tunnelton, WV passed away on Friday, September 22, 2023 at Preston Memorial Hospital. She was born on October 1, 1933 in Terra Alta, daughter of the late Archie Elmer and Gladys Faye (Miller) Christopher. Nina was a Member of the First Pentecostal Church in Tunnelton. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, crafts, gardening and her flowers. Nina especially loved spending time with her family and friends. Nina is survived by three sons, Terry Lynn Cole and Linda, Tunnelton, Willard “Eddie” Cole and Ruby, Thornton, and Larry Allen Cole and Cindy, Morgantown; four daughters, Judy Carol Haskiell and Joe, Kingwood, Connie Sue Morris and Don, Newburg, Alice Hunt and Ron, Grafton, Katherine Harrison and Ronnie, Kingwood; father of her children, Grover Franklin Cole; nineteen grandchildren; thirty-six great-grandchildren; ten great-great grandchildren; two brothers, Willard Christopher and Edna Mae, Lady Lake, FL; Wayne Christopher, Terra Alta; her companion for twenty-seven years, Joe Costello; her fur-baby, Precious; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Nina is preceded in death by two sons, Franklin Cole, Ricky Cole; one grandson, Larry Cole; one granddaughter, Michelle Bolyard; one brother, Charles Christopher; one sister, Irene Dumire. Family and friends will be received at Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave. Newburg, WV, on Monday, September 25, 2023 from 3:00-8:00 PM, and on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 from 10:00 AM until time of service at 12:00 Noon with the Rev.
