Odia "Dollie" (Hartman) Phillips

Odia “Dollie” Phillips, 82 of Tunnelton, WV (Denver Community) passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Rosewood Center in Grafton with Wilbert by her side. She was born on March 8, 1943 in Tunnelton, daughter of the late John Woodrow Hartman Sr and Helen Virginia (McCrobie) Hartman. She was a devoted Christian who loved the Lord, spending time each day reading her Bible and in prayer. Dollie had a passion for cooking, camping, and tending to her beloved flowers. She also enjoyed collecting angels and cherished every opportunity to travel on vacation. Dolly is survived by her loving husband whom she married on January 1, 2003, Pastor Wilbert Ross Phillips; one step-son, Jay Turchik, Kingwood; two sisters, Frances Cougar (Jim), Morgantown, Carolyn Mooreland (Earl), Tunnelton; one brother, John Hartman Jr (Libby), Masontown; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Dollie is preceded in death by three sisters, Dottie Wolfe, Rosemary Mock, and Evelyn Long; one brother, Richard Hartman. Family and friends will be received at Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave. Newburg, WV, Tuesday, October 14, 2025 from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm and on Wednesday, October, 15, 2025 from 9:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am with Rev.
