Otto Harold Andrews

Otto Harold Andrews, 63 of Independence, WV went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at Grafton, WV. He was born May 4, 1959 in Grafton, son of James Lenard Andrews Sr, Newburg, and the late Shirley Louise Andrews. Otto worked at Sheltered Workshop in Preston County for several years. He loved lawnmowers. In addition to his father, Otto is survived by two brothers, James L Andrews Jr., of Fallon, NV, Paul Hall and wife, Patsy, Independence; one aunt, Esther Brewer, Independence; one uncle, Herman Given, Frametown, WV; and several cousins. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles. Family and friends will be received at the Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown St. Newburg, WV, Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 2:00pm – 6:00pm and Sunday, August 14, 2022 at 11:00 am until time of service at 1:00pm with Pastor Delbert Lyons officiating.
