Paul G Isner, 80 of Independence, WV passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at Salem Center. He was born on March 20, 1939 in Newburg, son of the late Harry and Elizabeth DeMoss Isner. Paul was a coalminer for many years. Private interment will be held at Pratt Cemetery. Bolyard Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for the Isner family.
