Rebecca Joan Davis

Rebecca Joan Davis, 62 of Fellowsville, WV passed away Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center. She was born on July 19, 1960 in Fairmont, daughter of Elizabeth “Joan” McCord Davis of Tunnelton, and the late William Arlington Davis Sr. Rebecca graduated from White School Pre-Vocational Center. Rebecca was the first child diagnosed with PKU at WVU. She enjoyed rolling skating, bowling, doing special Olympics, riding in the car for road trips, eating pizza and drinking grape pop, playing the piano and tambourine. In addition to her mother, whom was her lifelong best friend, Rebecca is survived by three siblings, Vickie Deleruyelle and John, Belpre, OH, Bill A Davis Jr, Grafton, Beth Ann Davis, Parkersburg; seven nieces and nephews, Shasta Thompson, Sonah Smith and Abe Abraham, Daniel Davis, Sarah Miller, Matthew Miller and Ashley, Isaac Jarrett, James Jarrett; five great nieces and nephews, Mycajah, Cali, ZaKari, Braxton and Kensley. In addition to her father, Rebecca is preceded in death by one sister, Vonda Z Jarrett.  Family and friends will be received at Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave, Newburg, WV, on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 from 12:30 pm until the time of service at 1:30 pm with the Pastor Kevin Leadbeater officiating.
