Rose Marie Burns

Rose Marie Burns, 66 of Rowlesburg, WV, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Preston Memorial Hospital. She was born on October 14, 1958 in Kingwood, daughter of John Franklin Bulford, Rowlesburg and the late Martha Bell (Harris) Bulford. Rose graduated from Rowlesburg High School, Class of 1977. She retired from Camp Dawson, and previously had worked at Shiedow Bronze and Morgan Foodland. Rose loved playing Bingo and going on the Senior Trips. Rose is survived by her husband of forty-six years, Timothy Dale Burns; two daughters, Carrie Marie Burns Miller, Albright, Pamela Sue Burns (Stanley), Barrackville, WV; two grandchildren, Dessie Lorraine Burns, and Timothy Fleming; one brother, Jerry Franklin Bulford (Terri), Bluefield; four sisters, Sue Selders (Earl), Aurora, Peggy Carrico (Sonny), Salt Lick, Nancy Dean (Jim), Core, WV, and Bonnie Bulford, Grafton; mother-in-law, Lillian Burns, Rowlesburg; and several nieces and nephews.
