Thomas "Tom" Ray Seese Sr

Thomas “Tom” Ray Seese Sr., 81 of Bruceton Mills, passed away Friday, September 19, 2025 at his home with his family by his side. He was born November 23, 1943 in Uniontown, PA, son of the late Charles Henry and Ruth (Guthrie) Seese. Tom graduated from Bruceton High School, Class of 1961. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, collecting cars, and loved horses. Tom retired with over forty years as a heavy equipment operator. Tom is survived by one son, Jeff Seese of Moundsville, WV; one daughter, Susie Spiker and fiancé Jeff Warsewich of Bruceton Mills; one grandson, Barrett Spiker, three step-grandchildren, Chandler, Eli, and Ava Warsewich, three brothers, Dale Seese (Bonny), Dave Seese (Sheila), and Mark Seese (Ellen) all of Bruceton Mills; one sister, Thelma Wolfe of Bruceton Mills; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his wife, Sheila “Cookie” Savage Seese, two sons, Tommy and Brian Seese, and one brother, James Seese. The family wants to thank Amy Wolfe and the healthcare team of hospice for their excellent care that blessed Tom's days with laughter, compassion, and love.  Inurnment will be held on November 2, 2025 at 2 pm at the Shady Grove Union Cemetery in Bruceton Mills, WV with Pastor Mike Bernard will be doing the service, followed by a meal provided by the Shady Grove Covenant Brethren Church.
