Timothy Arthur Mouser

Timothy Arthur Mouser, 64 of Gladesville, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at his residence with family by his side. He was born on October 21, 1960 in Kingwood, son of Arthur Ray Mouser, Independence and the late Anna Marie (Giuliani) Mouser in 2023. Timothy graduated from West Preston High School, Class of 1978. He retired with 42 years of service from First Energy at Fort Martin Power Station as an outage coordinator. He loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed coaching basketball, farming, gardening and canning. Timothy was a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church. In addition to his father, Timothy is survived by his loving wife of thirty-nine years, Melissa “Missy” Kaye (Knotts) Mouser whom he married on June 8, 1985; four children, Logan Mouser, Gladesville, Brooke Spring (Steven), Independence, Miranda Mouser, Gladesville, Lakin Mouser (Morgan), Gladesville; six grandchildren, Riley, Colt, Stella, Archer, Gatlin and Charlotte; four siblings, Cynthia McCloud (Patrick), Newburg, Michelle Harward (Don), Grafton, Thomas Mouser (Michelle), Valley Furnace, Maria Shriver (Dave), Grafton; one brother-in-law, Bernie Knotts (Julie), Hoover AL; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother Anna, Timothy was preceded in death by his mother and father-in-law, Bernard “Bill” and Mary Kathryn (Burgoyne) Knotts; paternal grandparents, John Arthur and Pearl Genevieve (Sharps) Mouser; maternal grandparents, Toney and Freda June (Wolfe) Giuliani. Family and friends will be received at Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave, Newburg, WV on Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 2:00pm – 7:00pm and on Friday, March 21, 2025 from 9:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am with Pastor Jim Carder officiating.
